This training session offers a practical introduction to generative artificial intelligence and its uses within cultural and non-profit organisations.

Participants will discover how to use tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini and Mistral AI to work more efficiently on everyday tasks: writing, summarising documents, communication, project coordination and simplifying complex content.

The session will also cover best practices for using AI in a reliable, critical and responsible way, particularly with regard to data protection.
