On the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the CNCI invites you to three events taking place from 16 to 18 October, offering different perspectives on Luxembourg’s industrial heritage.
Friday 16 October – Industrial Heritage at Risk: Challenges and Future Perspectives
A round table and exhibition in Belval will provide an opportunity to discuss the challenges surrounding the preservation, transformation and adaptive reuse of industrial heritage.
Saturday 17 and Sunday 18 October – Industrial Heritage: Voices | Faces | Traces
Through a series of guided tours at several sites across Luxembourg, meet the women and men working to preserve and pass on our industrial heritage.
Sunday 18 October – Small Bricks for Large Industrial Sites: Reimagining Industrial Heritage
In Belval, an architecture workshop for children will invite them to observe industrial heritage and then imagine possible future uses through play and construction.
