Located in Tétange, the Musée FERRUM is dedicated to the industrial and social history of the Minett region.
The museum focuses on the development of the steel industry in southern Luxembourg and its impact on landscapes, lifestyles and regional dynamics.
Through archives, photographs, objects, testimonies and interactive displays, the Musée FERRUM highlights workers’ memory and the realities of industrial labour.
The exhibition also provides insight into the economic and territorial transformations that shaped the Minett region over the decades.
Integrated into the Schungfabrik, a former shoe factory transformed into a cultural venue, the museum forms part of a broader effort to preserve industrial heritage and transmit local memory.
